Three services. One trip.

No Borders No Limits. Fuel, handling and permits, in one file.

AVIATION FUEL

The uplift is confirmed before the crew asks for it.

  • Release arranged with the local into-plane supplier.
  • Price confirmed in writing for that station and that uplift.
  • Volume, grade and aircraft registration on the same release.
  • Credit or prepayment stated before the fuel truck is called.
  • A change of supplier or a shortage is flagged, not discovered on stand.
  • Contract fuel and ad-hoc uplift, depending on the operator.

GROUND HANDLING

The handler is named. The rest follows.

  • Aircraft handling and stand coordination
  • Slots with the airport operator
  • Transport to and from the aircraft
  • Catering, where the station can provide it
  • Crew hotel and airport identification
  • Customs and immigration coordination
  • Hangar, where available and required
  • Passenger assistance, including reduced mobility

Permits and clearances

A permit is a document with a number and a validity, not a promise that it has been requested.

  • Landing — filed for the airport and the date on the schedule, and re-filed if the date moves.
  • Overflight — raised for each state on the route, with the lead time that authority actually needs.
  • Parking — requested with the handling, so the permit and the stand are not two separate problems.
  • Schedule change — a delay or a diversion is sent back to the authority before the crew is told it is clear.
  • The issued permit, the handling confirmation and the fuel release sit in one trip file.
  • We do not tell an operator a flight is clear before the permit is in hand.
